Square footage for billing purposes is based on the “billable area” as defined by iGUIDE and will include any floor space measured in the capture and processing of the iGUIDE report including basement areas. You will not be billed for attached garages or decks/balconies.

Weather in Alberta is generally favourable for photography but it can be unpredictable. At The Realty Photo Co., we keep updated on weather conditions and advise that you do the same, if you have an upcoming booking. If there is a strong possibility of extreme weather including rain, snow, hail, wind, ice and lightning we can have a conversation as each situation is unique. We can reschedule or, if timelines are important, you may consider having the inside photos done on the scheduled booking and then book for an exterior updated at the next opportunity. If the weather takes an unexpected turn for the worse within 24 hours of your booking you will not be assessed the standard $45 booking fee.

Your measurements and floor plans are derived using a laser measuring system. It is important that the laser can make contact with each wall in every room you want to include in the measurements/floor plan report. It's also a good idea to not stuff too much into closets as each closet must be measured as well.
