Standards stipulate maximum square footage errors of 2% and iGUIDE exceeds these requirements. Measurements are insured for errors & ommissions.

Bright exposures pull out details from blacks, dark woods, and shadows. HDR software draws the best from both worlds, resulting in a final image with a breadth of tonal range incapable of being produced from a single exposure. This makes HDR ideal for real estate photography where extremes between light and dark are common.  HDR allows us to capture these scenes while still retaining the look and feel of the natural lighting and shadow - which are often lost when using flash photography. Travel fees are assigned to most bookings outside of Edmonton. The fees for major suburbs are listed here. There are no travel fees for Sherwood Park or for St. Albert if it is south of the Sturgeon River. All other travel is based on $0.70/km outside of city limits.
