Your image license is non-transferable and is valid for a period of 52 weeks from the delivery date. Images may only be used to market and the sell the associated property. If the charges above are accurately detailed and the services were performed to your satisfaction, please pay the balance due at your earliest opportunity. Payments by e-Transfer can be sent to tim@realtyphoto.ca. Cheques can be mailed to 7733 83 Avenue NW, Edmonton, AB T6C 1A2. Bookings cancelled with less than 24 hrs notice will be assigned a $45 cancellation fee. Bookings cancelled after the technician is already on site will be assigned a $65 cancellation fee. Technician will wait for 15 minutes past booking time. If no communication is received the technician will leave and a $65 cancellation fee will be applied. We collect a payment method to secure the booking. You may choose to pay with a different method. Please let us know within 72 hours of the booking time if you wish to pay by a different method or if you are unsatisfied with the service. If we do not hear from you within 72 hours  from the booking time, it will be assumed that you are satisfied with the product and payment method and your credit card will be charged for the full amount of the invoice. In the unfortunate event that all or some of the files containing photographs, videos, measurements, floor plans, or other materials do not materialize due to technical issues or reasons beyond the control of 2361917 Alberta Ltd., the liability of 2361917 Alberta Ltd. will be limited to a refund of all funds paid towards that portion of the project. If the final product has been delivered to the client for a period of 14 days, 2361917 Alberta Ltd. carries no responsibility for the loss of said material from our storage.
